Customer Sales Respresentative Dutch Speaking

We are recruiting for a leading technology company a Dutch speaking Inbound Sales Representative to join their team. **Missions**: - Be the first point of contact for B2C customers - handle inbound enquiries regarding tech issues, Wi-Fi connectivity, virus advice, firewall support and related issues in a timely manner - Perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check using the company's professional toolkit to scan the device - Give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer - Convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service. **Profile**: - Native/fluent in **Dutch**, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level) - High school diploma is considered a plus - Previous experience in sales or IT/tech support is an advantage but not necessary as full training and support will be given - Ability to identify sales opportunities - Tech savvy - computer literate with solid IT knowledge - Excellent communication and customer facing skills, ability to speak with customers in a bright, positive and helpful manner - Be positive and proactive with a "can-do" attitude - Be committed: punctuality, reliability, and loyalty are rewarded - Ability to work as a team player: flexible, supportive, encouraging, prepared to listen, learn and improve together - Passionate about technologies. **BENEFITS**: - Be part of a dynamic team - Guidance and tools to reach your full potential - Permanent contract. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: 22,348.77€ - 34,281.36€ per year Work Location: In person
