**About the role**:
More and more employers are letting their employees put together their own pay package - within the limits of what is legally permissible. This allows their employees to make the best possible choice. This may involve the allocation of a bicycle, a smartphone or other benefits. They are looking for an A to Z partner for this.

SD Worx assists these employers and local authorities both legally and with practical implementation, integration with suppliers and payroll and communication to their employees.

To reinforce the FIP support team, which supports clients and consultants in this, SD Worx is looking for a Reward Officer.

**What do you have to offer?**
- Have at least a bachelor's degree;
- Several years of experience in a service environment with customer contacts;
- Knowledge of payroll & socio-legal legislation is an asset;
- Customer-oriented and strong communication skills;
- Have a proactive attitude, focused on the further optimisation of processes;
- Can work autonomously but is also a real team player;
- Have the necessary stress-resistance;
- Can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. **French is a real plus.**

**Which tasks can you expect?**
- Setting up and following up customer files in a web-based tool, maintaining contact with all internal (colleagues, payroll consultants, etc.) and external parties (customers, suppliers, etc.);
- Setting up and explaining a web-based tool to support bicycle leasing at companies;
Keeping the customer database, documentation, administration and planning up to date.
