**JOB TITLE: Business Excellence Project Manager**

**LOCATION: Barcelona or Bucharest**

**REPORTS TO: Operations Senior Business Excellence Manager**

**JOB PURPOSE**:
Reporting to the Operations Sr Excellence Manager for New Business Solutions ESI (NBS ESI), this role will be responsible to support the organization in continuous business improvement by managing and identifying key initiatives that will lead on proven success of existing or new processes within NBS Operations department. Responsible for project timelines, coordination and deliverables; reporting to senior leadership project status.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:
Together with BPI lead and leadership identity and support on planning the strategy for all new initiatives to improve existing process in place or new ones.

Participate on the NBS program portfolio delivery working closer to the Program Management Office (PMO) team, with NBS ESI initiatives.

Work closer to Implementation and Service teams across the Operations team and BPI lead to identify and assess on planning and process impact for new product enhancements.

Internal reporting to the department leadership.

Support the Organization readiness and change management.

**KEY DUTIES / TASKS**:

- Manage and represent the project from start up to completion (closing).
- Plan and organize the project, allocate internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks.
- Be responsible for achieving project objectives.
- Lead the project staff.
- Be accountable for complete delivery of project documentation of all kinds.
- Manage quality, timeliness, and cost of the deliverables.
- Maintain control over the project's status and budget.
- Report project status and issues where help is needed to steering committee (aligned through PMO with team of PM's). Internal reporting to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with existing methodologies and standards.
- Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**:
University degree or comparable education.

5+ years of proven experience in project management. Project management certifications are an advantage.

Practical experience leading projects through all phases of delivery.

Strong communication and change management skills. Experience designing and delivering presentations and training to diverse audiences, including senior management, administrative staff members, technical and non-technical personnel.

Able to strategically manage several concurrent projects and be able to quickly respond to shifting priorities.

Ability and enthusiasm in animating virtual meetings involving international parties.

International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment.

Must be able to understand HR/Payroll processes and high-level concepts.

Proficient in English. Additional languages are pluses.
