**About the job** ‍

As** Project Manager**in the **Operational Excellence** team, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and innovation across our logistics network. Reporting to the **Ops Excellence Manager**, you will be part of a dynamic team who designs and implements disruptive solutions in last-mile and DC (Distribution Center) operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supporting **Operational Excellence projects** across the logistics network, from design to implementation and follow-up.
- **Identifying operational gaps**and opportunities to optimize efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
- **Translating business requirements** into actionable project plans, clear deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborating with the Operations Teams to **deploy best practices and ensure alignment with global standards**.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of **Standard Operating Procedures** (SOPs) and training materials.
- **Collecting and analyzing operational data** to evaluate project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- **Liaising with the different key stakeholders** in the company for leading specific projects (Operations, Product, Health & Safety, etc.), ensuring clear and concise communication at multiple levels regarding project status, risks, and progress.
- Promoting a **culture of operational excellence**, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Apart from this, we highly value:

- Previous experience (around 2 years) as a Project Manager in the logistics sector, preferably in the **last-mile**or **warehouse environmetns**.
- Proven experience in Operational Excellence projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with uncertainty and limited data.
- Excellent communication skills, both in **Spanish and English**.
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Hands-on attitude, proactive mindset, and readiness to take ownership and deliver results.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and passion for operational excellence.
