Manager Operational Excellence

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead and drive performance improvement initiatives by facilitating the implementation of best practices through a rigorous approach of standardization.

The objective of this role is providing support on the execution of the operational excellence program, provides support on the Strategic Industrial Plan, manage PMO Biopharma Industrial and Manage KPIs and process metrics improvements to enable effective measurement of business performance.

**What your responsibilities will be**
- Promote process continuous improvement by detecting, defining and implementing initiatives that lead to maximum efficiency of human and material resources.
- Lead and drive Standardization / Operational Excellence projects execution.
- Continuously work on the shift in mindset and behavior regarding operational excellence and continuous improvement across work streams and sites.
- Provides proactive analytical and strategic insights on business performance.
- Support Industrial Companies on Project & Portfolio Management.
- Provides Support on the Strategic Industrial Plan and the Capacities Industrial Reports.
- Good understanding of RPA, IA and Internet of Things (IOT) in the Industrial organization using it to build capability in the Operational Excellence practice.
- Elaborate KPIs and process metrics improvements to enable effective measurement of business performance in Industrial Area.

- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrix structure influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Black Belt Certification.
- Experience in project management tools.
- Build relationships, able to negotiate & influence, manage change in matrix environment.
- More than 5 years of experience in multinational corporations.
- Practical working experience in enterprise change, growth strategy implementation, and complex financial analysis.
- A team-builder and have an ability to work well with multi-functional teams, be a strategic and creative thinker, have a positive can-do attitude, and work well in a constantly evolving environment.
- Open and welcoming to change, be result oriented, be self-motivated and proactive, have exceptional problem-solving skills, work comfortably with top business management, and demonstrate an ability to stay calm under stress and uncertainty, influencing the same in the team.
- Demonstrated people skills and an ability to move a cross-functional group and senior business leadership in a unified direction and with a unified vision.

**Flexible schedule**: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
