We are seeking an Operational Excellence VP to lead and drive performance improvement initiatives by facilitating the implementation of best practices through a rigorous approach of standardization.

**What your responsibilities will be**
- Lead and evolve a culture of operational excellence throughout the Biopharma Industrial organization.
- Provide support to EVP Biopharma Industrial, Quality & Regulatory, focusing on the business optimization and execution of the Operations plans on Industrial, Quality & Regulatory.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement, promoting a positive work.
- Prepare and lead Biopharma Industrial & Quality Plans, Contingency Plans, Industrial Capacities assessments and Long-Range Plan according to Biopharma Strategic plan.
- Support Biopharma Industrial, Quality & Regulatory Group on digital process, critical assessment from operational perspective of IT Projects and CAPEX.
- Ensure the appropriate progress of tactical and Strategic projects.
- Identify and execute enhancement and optimization projects across the Biopharma Industrial Supply Chain.
- Support to New Projects of Biopharma Industrial Division

- More than 15 years of experience in multinational corporations, preferable at Biopharmaceutical industry.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrix structure and influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Build relationships, able to negotiate & influence, and manage change in matrix environment.
- Practical working experience in enterprise change, growth strategy implementation, and complex financial analysis.
- A team-builder and have an ability to work well with multi-functional teams, be a strategic and creative thinker, have a positive can-do attitude, and work well in a constantly evolving environment.
- Open and welcoming to change, be result oriented, be self-motivated and proactive, have exceptional problem-solving skills, work comfortably with top business management, and demonstrate an ability to stay calm under stress and uncertainty, influencing the same in the team.
- Demonstrated people skills and an ability to move a cross-functional group and senior business leadership in a unified direction and with a unified vision. Natural ability to form strong and lasting bonds with others, being an approachable and likable individual. Being a people person, inspiring confidence and trust in others.
