As a CRM Specialist & Customer Service , your mission is to be the heartbeat of our commercial operations, ensuring our clients and internal teams feel supported, informed, and empowered. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, managing orders and data with precision, and driving CRM excellence to strengthen customer relationships and fuel business growth. You'll be the go-to person for both our sales community and our clients, helping to streamline processes, solve challenges, and make every interaction count. ️ Here's what you'll be rocking every day CRM Excellence & Digital Enablement Act as Global Key User of our CRM system (Dynamics), supporting sales and customer service teams across regions. Lead the implementation of the Customer Service module, ensuring it meets operational needs and improves user experience. Participate in testing and launches (UATs), contributing ideas and feedback to enhance CRM functionality. Provide daily support to users via our ticketing system, resolving issues and guiding best practices. Maintain and update the CRM learning hub, ensuring teams have access to clear, useful training materials. Promote CRM adoption internally and energize the CRM Ambassadors community to foster engagement and collaboration. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, marketing, and sales to align CRM workflows with business goals and drive process optimization. Customer Service & Commercial Support Be the backbone of our Order-to-Cash process, using SAP/Procis to manage orders, invoices, and customer data. Create and follow up on Proforma invoices, technical documentation, and order updates. Coordinate with logistics and planning teams to ensure urgent orders are handled smoothly. Maintain and update our customer database, track payments, and support pricing campaigns. Assist Key
