Excellence Sourcing Manager W/m/x

**\uD83D\uDCC4 JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- The Sourcing Excellence Manager is responsible for:

- Identify how to optimize the sourcing organization in Spain market with strategy guidelines on offer quality, best in class sourcing processes and tools, and an efficient organization.
- Roll out all Global Sourcing projects in the countries, to support Business Managers, Key Account Managers and Sale Analyst on how to optimize their campaigns, both at a qualitative and efficient way.
- The Sourcing Excellence Manager will report directly to the Global Sourcing Organization, but also have a dotted line at local level (to the commercial director / country manager) to support on the roll out of the projects and identify local sourcing needs.
- He/she will be the connection and the point of reference for both local and global teams, working to improve and implement methodologies, processes & tooling in the country
- He/she will be Responsible & Owner to Coordinate, Deliver & Continuously Improve Veepee’s Business strategies

**\uD83C\uDFAF TASKS**:
BUSINESS LISTENING & INSIGHTS CREATION
- Ensure continuous listening & sharing with Sourcing teams in order to identify areas for improvements
- Close relationships with Country Manager and local top management in order to define local action plans to global initiatives (neutral opinion & person of trust)
- Strong collaboration & international partnership to build global projects
- Transform key feedback in valuable insights for the future implementation/roadmap

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS
- Define business requirements & needs to be addressed via your project
- Prioritize business needs & Build a Business Case
- Benchmark Internal & External State of the Art solutions

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION
- Organise and Prioritize Project Planning (AGILE)
- Set up & Animate Project Governance Routines
- Set up & monitor Project Realization KPIs
- Regularly Follow-up & validate tech delivery
- Business feedback on each period of delivery on an iterative basis
- Appoint key users to test solution

ROLL-OUT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Identify population of users’ impacted & level of impact
- Build Change Management, Roll-out & agile communication plan
- Set up & monitor Adoption KPIs
- Contribute to build & perform training plan & materials
- Contribute to Internal & External communication of the project
- Formalize & Size all Business Impacts: Support levels & SLAs

**\uD83D\uDC49 MUST HAVE skills**:

- 5 years+ of professional experience in a Sales & Marketing department, or in Consulting, with high exposition to project management;
- Strong Business Acumen around sourcing excellence
- A positive 'Problem Solver' attitude & a Drive for results
- Proactive, organized and autonomous, able to move things forward
- Comfortable Communication skills - manage to collaborate & influence others, positively managing the change
- Analytical Skills & ability to derive business insights Proficiency in English & Spanish is a mandatory
