You will be exclusively dedicated to sell our car subscription service Car On Demand.
Car On Demand provides a monthly subscription access to a brand new vehicle without commitment, all inclusive (insurance, roadside assistance, maintenance & delivery), to both company and individuals.
You will be directly responsible for a customer portfolio and the sales team (2 Account Executives) and your success depends directly on your actions. Your main tasks will be:
- _Closely follow the Sales Team performances vs. sales targets on the UK and German market_
- _Manage, animate & efficiently train the Sales Team composed of 2 people_
- _Recruitment & onboarding of staff_
- _Quality follow-up: active call listening, role playing, script improvement etc_
- _Improve sales team efficiency through intensive training_
- _Handle financial scoring of eligible leads_
- _Constantly connect with Acquisition/Marketing, Customer Success & Ops teams to guarantee an optimal customer experience_
- _Participate in product and sales improvement through constructive feedback_
- _Build-up sales targets and forecasts_
- _Reporting on actions plan & team performance_
- _Participate to key external events of the industry_
- _Participate to internal events to animate team_
- _Participate in closing deals_
- _Contacting interested parties (inbound + outbound leads)_
- _Determination of the needs and qualification of interested parties_
- _Conduct sales pitches and deal with objections and rejection_
- _Send individual offers to interested parties_
- _Follow-up of prospects from initiation to signature_
**Expected skills**:
- _Master degree_
- _A minimum of 2-3 years professional experience_
- _Tenacity and Motivation: Striving to achieve and exceed goals_
- _Knowing how to remain professional in all circumstances_
- _Sales talent: persuasiveness, negotiation skills, etc._
- _Ability to quickly adapt to customer needs and know how to propose the ideal offer among the different options available_
- _Excellent eloquence and expressiveness_
- _Very good computer skills_
- _Good feeling in customer contact, both in writing and verbally_
- _Self-confidence and determination_
- _Bilingual in English & German._
- _Knowledge/attraction in/for the automotive industry, a first successful experience would be an advantage_
