Job DescriptionJoin Our Team as a Station Fleet Manager Lead Manage and Optimize Fleet OperationsAre you an experienced leader with a passion for managing fleet operations We are looking for a highly skilled Station Fleet Manager to oversee both the strategic and day-to-day management of our fleet ensuring efficient operations timely maintenance and excellent service delivery for our customers. As the Station Fleet Manager you will be responsible for long-term planning and daily oversight of fleet operations including the garage and outsourced teams. Your goal is to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and achieving station business development targets.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman ManagementLead and develop fleet staff including hikers and maintenance agents to meet performance goals aligned with station targets and company values.Train staff to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring adherence to company procedures and service level agreements.Conduct and log safety meetings with fleet staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols.Daily Fleet OperationsOversee the timely repair and servicing of vehicles according to company and manufacturer guidelines.Review reservations returns and fleet status daily to maintain operational efficiency.Manage the damage assessment process ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.Continuously seek process improvements to optimize vehicle servicing in-fleet preparation and disposal.Provide monthly reports on mechanic productivity attendance and inventory usage for consumables tires and parts.Internal and External RelationsCommunicate and coordinate with external personnel including Return Service and Ready Line agents to maintain smooth operational flow.Maintain strong relationships with local OEM dealerships service providers and external vendors.Collaborate with the General Manager Operations Managers and other team members to provide updates on fleet status and operational insights.Manage collision repairs by liaising with vendors monitoring repair timelines and ensuring timely updates from repair shops.What We Are Looking ForProven experience in fleet management or a similar leadership role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage motivate and develop a team.Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on operational efficiency and customer service.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving particularly in managing vehicle repairs and inventory.Why Join UsLead a dedicated team and optimize fleet operations in a dynamic fast-paced environment.Play a key role in driving the success of our stations fleet management and service delivery.Enjoy opportunities for growth and professional development within a supportive company culture.If youre ready to take on a leadership role and drive the success of our fleet operations apply todayEuropcar Mobility GroupEuropcar Mobility Group is a global mobility player with 75 years of mobility services expertise and a leading position in Europe.
