Are you an experienced leader with a passion for managing fleet operations We are looking for a highly skilled Station Fleet Manager to oversee both the strategic and day-to-day management of our fleet ensuring efficient operations timely maintenance and excellent service delivery for our customers. As the Station Fleet Manager you will be responsible for long-term planning and daily oversight of fleet operations including the garage and outsourced teams. Lead and develop fleet staff including hikers and maintenance agents to meet performance goals aligned with station targets and company values. Provide monthly reports on mechanic productivity attendance and inventory usage for consumables tires and parts. Maintain strong relationships with local OEM dealerships service providers and external vendors. Collaborate with the General Manager Operations Managers and other team members to provide updates on fleet status and operational insights. Manage collision repairs by liaising with vendors monitoring repair timelines and ensuring timely updates from repair shops. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving particularly in managing vehicle repairs and inventory.
