- Lexington is the first flexible spaces company that ever brought this exceptional workplace formula to Spain. We are looking for qualified professionals to join our young team in Madrid as a workspaces assistant / receptionist.

**What would we expect from you?**
- You would assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks and customer relationships. You’ll be an extension of our customer’s team, so you’ll have to know all of them by heart.
- Also, we would expect you to efficiently handle a continuous flow of inbound calls, while greeting visitors, handling daily mail, preparing billings, scheduling meeting rooms, organizing files, attending customer’s requests, etc.

**It is a full-time position with possibilities of promotion and the company provides the training.**

**Requisitos mínimos**:

- Fluent English speaker (other languages would be a plus), and experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
- Qualities highly valued will be: exhibit a courteous and professional manner, punctuality and reliability with regard to the work-schedule, ability to multi task and focused on customer satisfaction.
