- Lexington is the first flexible spaces company that ever brought this exceptional workplace formula to Spain. We are looking for qualified professionals to join our young team in Madrid as a workspaces assistant / receptionist.

**What would we expect from you?**

You would assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks and customer relationships. You’ll be an extension of our customer’s team, so you’ll have to know all of them by heart.

Also, we would expect you to efficiently handle a continuous flow of inbound calls, while greeting visitors, handling daily mail, preparing billings, scheduling meeting rooms, organizing files, attending customer’s requests, etc.

**It is a full-time position with possibilities of promotion and the company provides the training.**

**Requisitos mínimos**:

- Fluent English speaker (other languages would be a plus), and experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
- Qualities highly valued will be: exhibit a courteous and professional manner, punctuality and reliability with regard to the work-schedule, ability to multi task and focused on customer satisfaction.
