Our client is a central American-headquartered designer, developer, and manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies. The business is currently undergoing significant and sustained global growth with movement into new regional markets. As a result, they are looking for a consumer-focused individual to join a new product launch based in Barcelona as a Consumer Care Representative.
This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a dynamic start-up, where someone can directly make a huge difference to patients at all stages of their journey. An individual with passion and professionalism would be perfect for this role:
**Key roles and responsibilities**
- First point of contact for consumers
- Sensitively handling patient queries
- Informing consumers of the company’s products or services
- Providing accurate and non-promotional, and non-medical information
- Building fantastic relationships both internally and externally
- Always putting the care of patients first throughout their journey and beyond
**Key skills and experience required**:
- Written and spoken fluency in English, Spanish and one other language, ideally German
- Ideally previous consumer/patient service experience within a healthcare setting
- At least 1-year consumer service or call centre experience
- Excited by the prospect of joining a start-up at its infancy
- The ability to display empathy and compassion when supporting patients
- Enthusiastic about the idea of joining an ever-evolving team with patient care at its heart
