Our client is a global designer, developer and manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies. The business is going through significant and rapid growth across the globe. As part of their development, they are now looking for an experienced professional to join their team in Barcelona, Spain as a Customer Care Manager.
The Customer Care Manager is a brand-new role within the organization, leading a call centre in Barcelona. He/she will be building the team of Consumer Care representatives, training and supervising them for delivering the best and most compliant customer service and customer engagement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Hire and train the Consumer Care representatives team
- Share best knowledge, effective methods and practices with colleagues to satisfy consumer needs
- Monitor KPIs to drive higher conversion
- Improves the performance of the department by using data and dashboards to achieve operational excellence
- Meet financial objectives of the call centre
- Evaluate call centre technologies and customer service standards
- Prepare reports and analyse data
**Requirements**:
- Relevant University degree
- Proven experience in building up and managing call centre team
- Computer literacy - MS Office, Outlook, Salesforce is required
- Experience in regulated and compliant industry will be a plus
- Strong track record of customer engagement
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively, work under pressure
- High working standards
- Flexible and pro-active person
