Desde nuestra división **Juniper TravelTech**, desarrollamos dos soluciones tecnológicas clave pensadas para revolucionar la forma en la que los negocios turísticos gestionan y distribuyen sus productos en el mercado global.

Estamos buscando un/a **Revenue Optimization Agent (Internship)** para realizar sus **prácticas** en nuestras oficinas de **Palma de Mallorca**, formando parte del Departamento de **Revenue Management.**

Queremos contar con personas con ganas de aprender, inquietud por el funcionamiento del negocio turístico y que quieran dar sus primeros pasos profesionales en un entorno dinámico, internacional y tecnológico.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Revisarás la correcta **activación de la facturación módulos** de nuestra plataforma, en coordinación con distintos equipos.
- Colaborarás con los equipos de **Facturación y Cobros**, ayudando en los procesos comunes.
- Serás un apoyo clave para nuestras **unidades de negocio**, especialmente en la operativa y migración a nuestra herramienta interna.
- Participarás en el **seguimiento de entregas**, análisis de backlog de proyectos y control de uso de horas, junto al equipo de proyectos.

**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué buscamos en ti?**
- Estás cursando o has cursado recientemente estudios en **ADE, Economía, Turismo** o titulaciones afines.
- Tienes un **nível fluido de inglés** (imprescindible).
- Eres una persona **proactiva, resolutiva**, con buenas **habilidades comunicativas** y gusto por el **trabajo en equipo**.
- Tienes interés por el sector turístico y curiosidad por el funcionamiento de las herramientas tecnológicas que lo impulsan.
