About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Optimization Agent to join our Customer Success Team at Travelgate — the leading connectivity platform for the global travel industry.Your mission?To make sure our partner connections run smoothly, efficiently, and reliably. You'll monitor performance, detect and troubleshoot issues, and work with internal teams and partners to optimize traffic and enhance the quality of our Partner's connectivity.As part of the Customer Success Team, you'll be at the frontline of system performance, collaborating cross-functionally with Partnerships, Engineering and Customer Care to ensure stable operations and outstanding partner experiences.What You'll DoMonitor and analyze connection traffic to detect inefficiencies or errors.Investigate and resolve performance issues, ensuring system stability.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to implement improvements.Apply corrective and preventive actions to optimize connection reliability.Document recurring issues and contribute to long-term process improvements.Generate and interpret performance reports to support internal decisions.Support automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.What You BringExperience in optimization, data analysis, or connectivity-related roles.Hands-on experience testing APIs (e.g. Postman, Insomnia).Analytical and solution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.Solid communication and collaboration skills.Intermediate to advanced English (other languages are a plus).Understanding of travel distribution systems or the travel tech industry is a big advantage.Based in Mallorca.Familiarity with traffic monitoring or data visualization tools.Experience working in SaaS, API-based, or travel tech environments.Passion for process improvement, automation, and efficiency.
