**Summary**:
Location: Barcelona (Cerdanyola del Vallés)

Position: 1472
Reports to: Head of HR Iberia, Italy and Emea South East

The Senior HR Generalist for Iberia will ensure the smooth and effective delivery of HR services across the Iberian countries, covering Spain and Portugal. This role involves partnering with leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals, improve employee engagement, and support compliance with local employment laws and practices.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. HR Strategy and Implementation**
- Support the development and implementation of HR Processes
- Support in the creation and implementation of Iberia People Strategy

**2. Employee Relations**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns in the Iberian countries
- Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Deal with the local Workers Council and Employee representative
- Deal with Spanish collective agreements (four collectives in different Spanish regions)

**3. Recruitment and Onboarding**
- Collaborate with the EMEA recruiting team
- Deliver effective onboarding programs

**4. Performance Management and Development**
- Guide managers and employees through the performance appraisal process
- Identify training and development needs and collaborate with internal/external partners to design programs

**5. Compensation and Benefits**
- Support the management in the salary planning process
- Support EMEA Total Rewards in reviewing and implementing compensation structures and benefit programs
- Handle payroll queries in coordination with the external payroll provider

**6. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)**
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives across the region

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
- Experience of 5-6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1\2 years in a similar role covering Spain and Portugal.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, (written and spoken). Portuguese is a plus
- Deep understanding of Spain collective agreements and negotiation with Workers Council, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
