Empresa del sector retail en pleno crecimiento, está en la búsqueda de un perfil de HR Generalist para ayudarle con la expansión y las nuevas aperturas a nivel internacional.

Descripción de la oferta

  • Reclutamiento end-to-end de personal de tienda en distintos países europeos (store managers, sales assistants, etc.).
  • Onboarding y formación de nuevos equipos, asegurando consistencia en procesos, valores y estándares de marca.
  • Apoyo en todos los procesos de RRHH retail: contratos, coordinación con gestorías locales, incidencias laborales, rotación, clima de equipo, etc. con la asesoría externa.
  • Definición e implementación de procesos de RRHH escalables para un entorno de fuerte crecimiento.
  • Ser un partner cercano al equipo de Retail y a la dirección, aportando visión y soluciones prácticas.

Perfil del candidato

  • 2-3 años de experiencia en RRHH, idealmente en entornos retail y/o fashion.
  • Profesional habituado a trabajar con
    programas de gestión de RRHH
    tipo Factorial o similares.
  • Experiencia demostrable fichando y desarrollando equipos de tienda con sensibilidad estética y cultural.
  • I
    nglés mínimo de Advanced
    . Otros idiomas europeos serán muy valorados.
  • Perfil muy autónomo, resolutivo y con mentalidad hands-on.
  • Disponibilidad total para viajar puntualmente por Europa.
  • Sensibilidad por la
    moda
    , el diseño y las marcas lifestyle.

Oferta de empleo

Posición estable con potencial de crecimiento.

Horario flexible de lunes a jueves y viernes intensivo, 1 día de teletrabajo.

Ubicación: Barcelona.
