About the role:
For a client, we're looking for a curious and proactive HR Professional who wants to grow further by exploring the many facets of HR, internationally. This role is for someone who is humble, determined, sharp, with the rigor to ensure accuracy and the energy to take initiative. You'll be exposed to a wide range of activities: from payroll and compliance to coaching managers and supporting sensitive situations. And you'll have the support from senior team members while making a real impact.
Success in this role means being able to navigate ambiguity with confidence, turning challenges into opportunities to learn and contribute.
What you'll do:
- Take ownership of HR processes (payroll, HRIS, document management, onboarding and offboarding) with accuracy and care.
- Be the employee's first point of contact.
- Partner with managers to improve feedback, and support sensitive situations.
- Spot opportunities to improve systems and processes, and act on them with initiative.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
What makes you a fit:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR in a generalist role (end-to-end).
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in any role.
- Training in HR (certifications, postgraduate, master or degree in Labor relations or similar)
- Experience in startups and international environments is a plus.
- Professional English and Spanish language skills (C1)
- Other European languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
