Assistant to the General Manager of OmniVision Farma Spain: - Support the General Manager in all his activities on a daily basis - Proactively coordinate all relevant office management needs - Liaise with third-party service providers to set up contracts and maintain relationships (car fleet, banking, etc) - Guarantee administrative support to the internal staff, recording office expenditure and managing the office budget - Provide administrative assistance to the local employees and Sales Team - Coordinate and communicate with different departments in our Headquarters - Prepare and deliver monthly reports - Customer service (Hospital, Pharmacies, Doctors) Número de vacantes: 1 Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial Tipo de contrato: INDEFINIDO Remuneración anual: 35.000 € negociable en función experiência **Ventajas sociales o económicas** Incorporación a un proyecto motivante, estable y de largo recorrido. Con estructuras planas y equipos pequeños y flexibles Posibilidad de plan de carrera e incentivos " **Requisitos** Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative support functions in Pharma environment - Good knowledge of Excel and budget control - Demonstrate excellent organizational and administrative skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy and excellent spoken and written Spanish (and good English communication skills) - Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) with the ability to learn new or updated Software - Demonstrate a strong team ethic, the ability to assume responsibility for a range of tasks, resourcefulness, flexibility, and a positive and proactive attitude.
