**What you will do**

As the Sales Manager for HVAC/IREF you will oversee the sales operations, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team and maximizing our market presence in the IREF & HVAC industry.

**How you will do it**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
- ollaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify resale opportunities, and support them to achieve sales plans.
- Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.
- Participate in industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote company products.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

**What we look for**

Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

10 years of experience working in IREF/HVAC

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the IREF/HVAC

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies

Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building abilities

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

Fluent English
