**Description**

Your main mission will be to ensure a quality remote customer relationship that meets expectations.
- Management of reservations (modification, cancellation or creation of new reservations)
- Manage the back-office of reservations (issuance, modification and cancellation of reservations)
- After-sales service (litigation and compensation management)
- Manage and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)

In short, you are a customer advisor, Ambassador of customer satisfaction

**We offer**:

- Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract
- Schedule (rotative): Monday - Saturday from 09:00 to 20:00
- Salary: 17.000 euros gross/year + up to 4.800 euros gross/year
- Internal Development Program

- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in pro-portion to time worked)*

**Requirements**:

- Yourself With interpersonal skills, good listening skills and a sense of service
- Native level speaker of French and fluent in English.
- We will appreciate you as caring, empathetic, curious and dynamic
- A good team spirit, a taste for challenges and challenges will come in handy on a daily basis
- You demonstrate good oral and written expression.
- You demonstrate an ability to adapt.
- You must be IT literate in order to easily handle our tools.
- Previous experience as a travel agent is an asset and knowledge of GDS tools (Saber, Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus.
