We are Safeguru, an E-Commerce specializing on industrial safety products and personal protective equipment, leader on health and safety digital content.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team. The Customer Success Internal Support Representative will be responsible for providing the support required the Customer Success representatives, gathering the information required, acting as a bridge between Customer success and Purchasing, communicating with customers and achieving excellent customer satisfaction. You should be able to multitask and adhere to deadlines.

Tareas

What would be
your responsibilities?

Providing support to Purchasing and Customer Success teams.

Researching product information and alternatives for specific opportunities.

Liaising with suppliers to gather information about prices and availability.

Liaising with our warehouse and transport companies to ensure delivery dates are met.

Creating quotes based on the information provided by the Customer Success team.

Acting as the link between purchasing and Customer success.

Supporting purchasing on specific activities in order to get the information required for opportunities with customers.

Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

Providing support on product strategy.

Staying informed about competing products and services.

Becoming an expert in health and safety at the workplace and our products and understandingtheir use and benefits.

Being a customer advocate on every task while capturing feedback and reporting
requests to Purchasing and Management.
