**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As a **Customer Representative **in our team, you will:

- Professionally handle incoming requests from internal and external customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Build and develop excellent customer relationships. Providing service information
- Tracking and tracing of consignments to ensure that deliveries are complete within agreed timeframes
- Inform customers of latest booking times and required documentation
- Support implementation of new products and services
- Refer to customer tariffs and in-house pricing tools to issue quotations
- Enter charges into the in-house system for invoicing.

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Are native or proficient in English and French
- Are a computer literacy
- Have an excellent verbal, written & presentations skills
- Have a background in Customer Service (Sales)
- Have intermediate spreadsheet skills
- Are self-motivated with ability to work efficiently and independently
- Have excellent organisation skills
- Have experience in logistics &/or transportation is a plus
