Customer Representative

Can you deliver outstanding customer care? Do you have a strong track record in customer service? Are you an excellent communicator? Do you speak German? We are looking for Customer Representatives to join a fast-growing, international company based in Malaga. Full-time, permanent contracts with training and relocation support available, attractive salary plus commissions. The successful applicant will be a native-level speaker of German with fluency in English as well as being able to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
**Requirements**:
- Native level of German plus fluent in English
- Exceptional customer service skills, ability to listen and quickly identify customer’s needs, resolving queries at point of contact wherever possible
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Good listener and friendly personality
- Team worker
- Must have an EU passport or the legal right to live and work in Spain.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure SLAs are met in customer response times
- Use CRM systems to effectively manage customer contact
- Maintain portfolio service and product knowledge
- Escalate service issues as appropriate
- Provide absence cover as required within the team
- Maintain excellent lines of communication with Supervisors/Mentors, providing regular progress updates
- Attend regular team meetings
- Engage with and take on additional tasks allocated in order to maintain service performance levels and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Salary: €21,600 gross per year + €2,400K variable Bonus
