**Sales Manager - Hybrid - Barcelona**

**Telematel is looking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team**

This is an entry-level position within the Sales team in Barcelona for a graduate with some sales experience, business support or business administration experience to join our team. Acting as the liaison between the business and our clients to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience for all our customers who use Telematel software products and solutions. You will collaborate using documentation, manuals, and training contents of Telematel solutions to improve and ensure that our clients get the most from our products and services.

**About you**:

- You will have completed at least a bachelor's degree in business or a similar discipline is essential
- You will be looking for an entry-level position within a Software Technology Company and looking to take your first steps in a sales function where you will learn your trade within an experienced team in Barcelona
- We are looking for a Junior IT Commercial for the Spanish market to join the Sales team in our office in Barcelona (Sant Cugat)
- You will be part of a team in which you will give direct support to the Sales Director
- Main functions: Customer portfolio management: generation and monitoring of business opportunities
- Search and contact of new portfolio of clients in the construction sector (Distribution of material and companies of works and services)
- Accompaniment throughout the sales cycle to customers and potential until closing
- Accountancy or Finance knowledge and some experience is advantageous
- You love people and truly care about their success
- Self-starter mentality, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and understanding of deadlines
- You don't let little things slip through the cracks
- A highly effective and engaging communication skillset
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
- Being Fluent in Spanish is essential, and having an English language skillset is highly advantageous
- Must be legally authorized to work in Spain
