Sales Manager for a PropTech Start-up based in Mataró

We are currently seeking for a **Sales Manager** to coordinate and lead the **Growth & Lead Generation Strategy** for the company.
Sales Manager responsibilities:
- **Design & Implement sales strategies** according to the company's goal and accelerate growth.
- **Manage the sales team,** trainings and follow up with performance.
- **Understand clients needs** and requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Analize the processes with the Operations Team **and the KPIs of the Sales Department to enhance our goals.
**Requirements**:
- Successful track record as a **Sales Director** or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in **Sales and/or Marketing** and managing relationships with **key customers.**:
- **Commercial awareness** associated with a strategic mindset
- **Exellent organizational and leadership skills**:
- **Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills**:
- Experience in the** Real Estate** and /or in **digital business**:
- **Analytical and adaptation capacity**
