**Job Description Summary**: Assistant responsibilities include supporting all Operation & Maintenance function.

Provide support for all business activities including business operation systems, delegated HR management, information systems, financial and budgetary affairs.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist with compiling information and data for reports on audits, budgets, plans etc. Generate reports and graphs as needed;
- Support O&M function on all HR matters
- Support Department on all administrative work
- Maintain accounting controls by following internal controls
- Prepare special HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
- Responsible for the compilation of letters, internal memos, and other communication with employees, vendors, customers, and business associates

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 3+ years as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent experience in Human Resources
- Languages: working efficiency English and Spanish is mandatory
- Work style: in presence work at the Barcelona office is required with flexibility of remote work
