The Opportunity We seek an experienced HR Partner specializing in German labor relations for our Berlin Corporate Office. This role requires: Deep technical knowledge of German labor law Proven experience partnering with Works Councils Strong stakeholder management skills with cross-functional and senior leaders Demonstrated success in labor relations with unions and Works Councils. Join our Regional HR Partner team and help shape Amazon's workplace culture in Germany. Basic Qualifications Knowledge of local labor law Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Bachelor's degree Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English Speak, write, and read fluently in German Experience of partnering with work councils Preferred Qualifications Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and make the best use of available resources Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
