Senior HR Business Partner Line of Business individual contributor role supporting several global organizations within CCH Tagetik. This position reports to the HR Business Partner Director for Tagetik Europe and will be responsible for full HR Business Partner support for approx. 400 European employees of this dynamic software organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develops strong relationships with the business through solid business acumen; respectfully challenges the business and offers solutions in the best interest of Wolters KluwerConsults and guides- assigned client groups and managers on HR issues including interpretation and communication of processes and policies; engages in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into human capital plans- Influential advisor with management on HR topics such as Talent and Succession Planning. Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the business, interprets business challenges and provides best practice recommendations; provides coaching and support to management around key people management activities- Evaluates HR policies, programs, and procedures, and regularly recommends and implements improvements. Enables the end-to-end employee experience at a market level in partnership with HR Service Delivery- Collaborates with key stakeholders in other functions such as Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits and HR Systems- Implements the engagement strategy for the business; working with country executives to ensure employee engagement issues are identified and addressed- Partners with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job leveling. Proposes compensation and benefits changes and optimization in alignment with CoE’s- Implements the due diligence process for M&A’s and Divestitures in partnership with the CoE’s- Integrates inclusion and diversity into business strategies, nurturing an environment that is open-minded and that embodies Wolters Kluwer values- Anticipates, identifies and facilitates conflict and resolution of employee relations issues; conducts thorough investigations to gather all facts and make appropriate recommendations; seeks guidance from Director, HR Business Partners, Market HR Director of the involved Country and legal counsel as appropriate; maintains detailed documentation to protect the interests of the company and mitigate risk- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and related day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the Legal, Market HR and other HR CoE’s as appropriate- Leverages available tools like HR dashboards and reporting to provide data-driven recommendations for improvements to HR programs and to measure progress against goals
Key Requirements- Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field- Minimum of 7-9 years of progressive HR experience- Proficiency with HR information systems, preferably Workday and the Microsoft Office Suite- Preferred Qualifications- HR certification (e.g. CHRP, SHRP, PHR, SPHR) Workers Council and Labor Law experience
Other- May require travel (up to 10%); must be able to obtain and maintain valid travel documentation at all times- May require working outside of standard business hours at times
