**The role**

This important advisory, strategic position within our global HR community is a key figure to support our European leaders on HR topics by developing and maintaining solid business relationships. Our HRBP's are the go to person on people strategy and development topics at regional level and are part of or leading global centralized HR projects. The leaders within scope will often be at senior executives in the organization for corporate functions, such as Finance, HR, IT, legal and Communication. In order to become a true trusted advisor, a strong connection with leadership, the local and regional HR and talent community, including the Centers of Expertise (CoE's) and shared service center is essential. By building these bridges in a matrix organization, bringing your expertise, plus by the use of data and insightful analysis and consideration of audience and business impacts, you will be able to develop sound recommendations, communicate perspectives and push back when appropriate.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Business Leader on the development and execution of HR strategies to achieve key strategic objectives. HR services include, but are not limited to, selection, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, workforce planning and succession management.
- Engage in workforce planning, maintaining an awareness of workforce demographics, bench strength and operational requirements. Find ways to address workforce needs and proactively work to optimize talent.
- Partner internally to assess organizational design. Provide guidance on organization structure, opportunities to re-engineer roles and responsibilities, and workforce needs.
- Lead talent management activities in partnership with business leaders. Coach on performance management program, individual development plans and the career development and succession planning.
- Maintain a pulse on the organization, understanding employee concerns, motivations and level of engagement. Develop and implement strategies to address and cultivate a positive work environment.
- Thoroughly understand Bunge policies and procedures, developing and implementing broad policies and programs in collaboration with CoE's and business stakeholders.
- At the direction of Legal and senior HR management, conduct investigations related to policy violations, misconduct, or other circumstances that may result in disciplinary action.
- Drive results through high standards, focus on key priorities, organization, and preparing others for change.

**What to bring**
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree preferred in business, organizational behavior, HR management or related field
- 5-10 years of position related functional leadership experience, and a desired minimum 2 years supporting Business leaders in large matrix organization(s)
- Experience operating in a business partner model, working with local, regional and global managers to build positive business outcomes and to provide leadership, instruction and direction
- Digital proficiency and data literacy translated in the capability of using HRIS and other technological tools to extract, analyze and provide advise based on data.
- Familiarity with agile methodology and organization design
