We’re looking for a **motivated Customer Service Representative** to join our international team in **Valencia**
You’ll be part of a growing company with strong European brands and a dynamic, friendly working culture.
**Your Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the main contact for our consumers and retail partners.
You will handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, always aiming for a great customer experience.
**Your Key Tasks**
- Act as the first point of contact for consumers in **the Netherlands and other European markets**.
- Manage complaints, returns, and warranty cases in a professional and timely manner.
- Support your colleagues with order processing, invoicing, and logistics follow-up when needed.
**What We’re Looking For**
- MBO (intermediate vocational) education level or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, order management, or similar (junior profiles also welcome).
- **Fluent in Dutch and English** (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of **MS Office**; ERP experience (Unit4 or similar) is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and service-oriented personality.
