**About the role**
Are you excited about leveraging technology to transform access to education? As a **Product Manager** for our **Education** Vertical, your main goal will be to enhance and expand our existing education-oriented solutions. Your role involves developing innovative financial tools that are not only flexible, secure, and fair but also convenient, effectively broadening access to education. By continually improving our platform and extending our reach, you'll help ensure that financial constraints are no longer a barrier to learning opportunities. This isn't just about optimizing a product; it's about making a significant impact on the world of education.
**What you'll do**
- Enhancing Education Vertical: You'll work on improving and expanding our existing education vertical, making our payment solutions more flexible, convenient, fair, and secure.
- Product Development: Collaborate with various teams to develop and launch new features that facilitate accessible education payments, driving more value for our customers and partners in the education sector.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Tailor the customer journey for each country within your domain, understanding the unique needs and adapting our solutions accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside teams such as Growth, Risk, Legal, and Onboarding to ensure the success of your product initiatives.
- Market Expansion: Help in identifying and evaluating new market opportunities for our educational products, as well as enhancing our presence in the existing markets.

**What you’ll need**
- Hands-on experience in product management, ideally in a fintech or edtech sector, with a focus on delivering user-centric experiences.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch successful products.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-informed mindset, able to draw insights from varied data sources.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English.
- Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented, with a knack for managing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- A strong customer focus, with an ability to empathize with and anticipate the needs of users.
- A passion for education and a belief in the power of technology to make education more accessible.
