**Business Intelligence**

In BI department, we're responsible for managing the information systems for a large multinational company, and the amount of data that we handle can be overwhelming at times.

But what's really important is being able to understand that information and support the other departments so they can use it effectively. In order to succeed in this field, you need to be able to see the big picture and understand how all the different pieces fit together.

**What you will do**:

- Design and implement plans to support transition and business transformation in a data driven and optimized operation.
- Review processes and strategy to improve actionable insights delivery: from DATA team collaboration on process & reporting layer ownership, to mapping companywide insights priorities and drive BI-Analytics initiatives in partnership with business.
- Design and lead automation and optimisation projects with the objective of improving delivery speed and increase operational efficiency. Contribute to support the transition to business data led decisions by championing the delivery of Dashboards and self-service solutions.
- Put in place right processes and documentation to streamline teamwork, ensure business continuity.
- Lead by example a team of Analyst and ensure strong performance.

**Who you are**:

- You hold Master's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
- You've spent several years on building and leading successfully Analytics teams in iGaming, delivering impactful insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- You have proven track to deliver CRM and Acquisition performance framework impacting bottomline.
- You have a good understanding on igaming P&L and KPIs.
- You come with a knowledge of database and data warehouse design, ability to query SQL across multiple platforms.
- You've gained experience working with data visualization tools such as Microstrategy, Power BI, etc.
- You have the capacity to plan strategically and execute at operational level.
- You can communicate to all levels clearly, concisely, and effectively in written, presentation and verbal form.

**Technical skills**:

- Strong SQL.
- Worked with Snowflake is a plus.
- Experience in building teams and assigning roles and responsibilities (3+ years).
- Strong track record of providing actionable insights.
