Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building strong brands? We're looking for a talented Junior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in developing and implementing brand strategies that drive growth and engagement.

**What you will do**:

- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to gain a deep understanding of the landscape.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Developing and managing brand campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Contributing to the creation of brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
- Assisting with internal and external communications, including social media and event management.
- Analyzing brand performance data and using insights to refine strategies.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management or a similar role (previous internships a plus).
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and consumer behavior analysis.
- Excellent (English and Spanish) written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in market research tools (e.g., surveys, social listening platforms).
