**Your mission**
You are the **driving force behind our Paid Advertising campaigns in Spain and Italy, **and will closely collaborate with the rest of Paid Advertising managers for other regions. From translating objectives into marketing KPIs and a clear strategy to setting up, analysing, reporting and adjusting campaigns

**Responsibilities**
- Create, develop and execute a 360º performance marketing strategy, focused on paid advertising, for Spain and Italy, with the possibility to expand to other European countries.
- You work daily with ad platforms from Google, Facebook/Instagram and Pinterest. Other platforms are a plus.
- DSA, DPA, Google Shopping, Performance Max & Remarketing hold no secrets for you.
- You puzzle with ad budgets, personalise and segment, and are armed with broad knowledge of digital advertising, both via Google and social channels.
- You are not afraid of experiments and always know how to set up tests in such a way that everything is and remains structured and measurable. You also take initiatives to enter into alternative partnerships in the field of paid advertising.
- You have a good feeling for data (analysis) and take a critical look at campaign results. You can also work with Google Analytics (UA/GA4) or other platforms such as Google Data Studio.
- In addition, you also have a technical side and know how to set up tracking correctly via Google Tag Manager, among others. Of course, you will also get help from our IT department for setting up correct tracking.

**Vereisten**:
**Your profile**
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree with a marketing, economic or numerical focus.
- You have at least three years of relevant experience with Paid Advertising / Performance Marketing, and can present results.
- You are an expert when it comes to devising and developing online campaigns to acquire new customers and leads. You also know how to structure these campaigns effectively.
- You are able to gain insights quickly, draw conclusions and prioritise actions.
- You have a sense of responsibility for dealing with budgets and making quick adjustments where necessary.
- You are positive and solution-oriented and always find a logical and creative way to try new things.
- You speak perfect English and Spanish. Italian is very recommended and Dutch would be a plus.
- You earn bonus points if you have Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications.
