We’re an early-stage startup out of Stanford University building software to help match job-seekers and career changers with teams not only based on their CV and skills, but also their personality and team culture fit. Our psychometrics+AI tools (psychological measurements of personality) are built on an open access platform to enable individuals to safely use our tools and get personalized feedback for personal growth purposes, as well as job matching.

Currently, for our global System Software Partner, we are looking for a People Partner Manager to make the team even stronger. To succeed in this role you should have experience working in global company as HR BP Manager. The ability to work in a dynamic environment and communicate at different levels within the organization would be a great success factor.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work strategically with senior management to advise, support business plans & people priorities
- Implement and execute HR requirements and programs for business area
- Manages annual people processes in location - performance review, promotion cycles, salary increases and others
- Advise the business on people related processes and mitigate the risks
- Drive business decisions and understand the business needs the legal and regulatory framework in which they they operate
- Ensure that the business attracts, develops and retains high quality talent
- Work in close partnership with HR Ops, legal, Internal Mobility and other specialist teams in order to provide and efficient and quality service to the business
- Lead and engage People Advisory team to develop and implement specific HR OKRs

WHAT YOU HAVE
- 4+ years of experience in leading HR BP function and HR BP Team, ideally in IT industry
- Ability to analyze and act upon system-driven business data and project management experience
- Strong organizational savvy with experience working in a matrix and diversified organization
- Ability to maintain neutrality and impartiality in difficult cases
- Proactive approach and positive attitude and teamwork
- Strong experience in process improvements and level processes
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- HR or similar faculty university graduate
- Very good English skills
- Experience in multicultural environment will be an asset
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay: 60,000.00€ - 90,000.00€ per year
