We are looking for **German Speaking Account Manager **to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Thursday 9:00 - 17:30 Friday 09:00 - 16:30

**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As an **Account Manager** **in our team, you will:

- Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)
- Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintained
- Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.)
- Provide chain wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by client
- Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels
- Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required
- Work on external lists when required on other platforms as provided.

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Are native or proficient in German and English
- Have great organization and communication skills
- Have a positive work attitude
- Experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Sales background
- Hospitality background (beneficial but not mandatory).
- Experience in using CRMs (beneficial but not mandatory)
