Today Vodafone serves 3m small-office home-office (SOHO) and small to medium enterprise (SME) customers across Europe with a wide range of communications solutions. Vodafone aims to be the leading end-to-end digital champion for this segment and expands its product portfolio to a suite of technology offerings. That includes providing SOHO/SME clients with a broad portfolio of Software as a Service (SaaS) tools and associated services to help them grow, run and secure their business.

The **Global Product Manager** will be responsible for managing SaaS products in the area of Productivity & Collaboration across European markets, with an emphasis on the Spanish market where the role will be based. **The role has the following responsibilities**:

- Providing SOHO/SME clients with a broad portfolio of Software as a Service (SaaS) tools and associated services to help them grow, run and secure their business
- Design, develop and launch SaaS offerings
- Maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders in matrix
- Maintain and update a roadmap, ensuring products and services are relevant/competitive
- Contribute towards the overall product strategy

**What you bring**:

- 3 + years relevant experience, including product management environment, marketing background or partnership management experience
- Passion for unearthing customer insights and championing the voice of the customer
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems
- Excellent organizational and relationship management skills with commercial and technical partners
- Previous experience in international companies but focusing in small business and customer needs
