After Sales Manager

Reporting to Operations Manager the main duties will be:
- After Sales **team organisation**.
- Ensure that the processes runs **smoothly, effectively and efficiently.**:
- Be responsible for **coordinating the internal team** to meet the increasing and very demanding customer and user requirements.
- **Be trained and transfer technical education** to our external after sales network
- Maintain an adequate **external service partners network** according to the brand.
- Covering all the Spain territory remotely.
- Service partners contracts **cost controlling and audit**.
- Follow-up main **department KPI's and warranty costs** versus budget.
- Organisation and implementation of regular **technical courses** to service partners network and internal team.
- Ensure continuous **know-how transfer** (technical updates) to service partners and internal team.
- Provision of standards instructions, technical handbooks to repair our products (taps, hoods and appliances)
- Ensure **spare parts availability** following local legal requirements.
- Spare Parts** backorder management**, follow-up and actions if needed.
- Ensure active hotline technical support to service partners.

The selected person must meet the following requirements:
- Electric/Electronics Engineering Degree or similar.
- At least 3 years as service technician or professional experience in the technical environment of manufacturer or importer (domestic appliances preferred.
- Results oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytic capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability in building teamwork relationship
- Energetic, organised and business-driven approach
- Good role-based leadership and decision making
- Professional Spanish and English level.
- Office Package proven experience.
