**Location**: Málaga, Spain **The starting date: 25/08/2025** We are currently managing a key recruitment process for our new location in **Málaga**, and we’re looking for motivated professionals to join our **customer service team** in the **tourism sector**. Job Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers in Portuguese and Spanish - Assist with travel bookings, upgrades, and general inquiries - Close reservations with a customer-focused and sales-oriented approach - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction - Use internal systems efficiently for case management Language Requirements: - Portuguese - C2 - Spanish - C1 - English - minimum B2 - At least 1 year of experience in the tourism or sales industry - Sales-oriented and confident in managing bookings and upselling - Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude - Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment Training: - Monday to Friday: 09:00-18:00 - Paid, on-site training included in the employment contract Employment Terms: - Temporary contract: 9 months, with the possibility of extension - Trial period: 2 months - Full-time: 39 hours/week - Monthly gross salary: €1,583.33 gross - Signing bonus: €1500 gross (divided into 500 euros for the first month and 100 euros per month for the following 10 months) - Working hours: Monday to Sunday, alternating weekends, between 10:00 and 23:00 Relocation Package: - **Travel Expenses**: Reimbursement up to €200 for transportation (train, flight, etc.). - _Note: Tickets must be saved and submitted. Reimbursement will be processed after completing 3 months of employment.
