Are you a Portuguese speaker with a C1 level in Spanish, and a passion for customer service and a love for travel? ✨ If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to work with an amazing hotel chain in sunny Málaga, we want you on our team As a Portuguese/Spanish Customer Support Advisor, you'll help guests from around the world with their inquiries and ensure they have the best stay possible.About the Role:We are looking for a Portuguese -speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a renowned hotel chain in Málaga. You’ll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for hotel guests. You’ll work directly with customers over the phone to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services.What You’ll Do: Handle incoming customer calls in Portuguese , assisting with bookings, inquiries, and support. Provide clear and professional communication to resolve customer issues. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service. Handle a variety of customer queries, from booking confirmations to special requests. What We’re Looking For: Portuguese : Native or bilingual Spanish: C1 level English: Advanced (minimum C1) Ability to work 39 hours/week with alternating weekends A valid NIE, NAF, and a Spanish bank account What You’ll Get: Fixed monthly salary + bonus Onsite Training: From 9 AM to 6 PM Location: Malaga Contract: Indefinite term, with a 2-month probation period Work Schedule: Flexible hours with alternating weekends If you’re looking to work in a dynamic customer service role for a top hotel brand in Spain, this is the opportunity for you Apply now and join our team in Málaga
