If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to work with an amazing hotel chain in sunny Málaga , we want you on our team As a Portuguese/Spanish Customer Support Advisor , you'll help guests from around the world with their inquiries and ensure they have the best stay possible.About the Role: We are looking for a Portuguese -speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a renowned hotel chain in Málaga . You’ll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for hotel guests. You’ll work directly with customers over the phone to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services.What You’ll Do: Handle incoming customer calls in Portuguese , assisting with bookings, inquiries, and support.Provide clear and professional communication to resolve customer issues.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.Handle a variety of customer queries, from booking confirmations to special requests.What We’re Looking For: Portuguese : Native or bilingualSpanish: C1 levelEnglish: Advanced (minimum C1)Ability to work 39 hours/week with alternating weekendsA valid NIE , NAF , and a Spanish
