Main Responsibilities – Travel Advisor Jobs Malaga, Portuguese & Spanish Market- Provide high-quality, personalised travel advice and support to customers in both Portuguese and Spanish, via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist clients with trip planning, booking flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring seamless end-to-end travel arrangements.
- Offer expert recommendations on local attractions, excursions, and cultural experiences in Malaga and other popular destinations.
- Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, delivering outstanding service that enhances satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep up to date with travel regulations, safety guidelines, and entry requirements for relevant destinations.
- Work closely with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to coordinate bookings and manage amendments or cancellations.
