Main Responsibilities – Travel Advisor Jobs Malaga, Portuguese & Spanish Market
  • Provide high-quality, personalised travel advice and support to customers in both Portuguese and Spanish, via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist clients with trip planning, booking flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring seamless end-to-end travel arrangements.
  • Offer expert recommendations on local attractions, excursions, and cultural experiences in Malaga and other popular destinations.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, delivering outstanding service that enhances satisfaction and loyalty.
