David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a French speaking Live Expert for their Barcelona office.
Position: Live Expert
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Expert understanding of products with ability to demonstrate products and features
- Closely collaborate with another team members and departments (i.e. Sales)
- Positively impact sales through customer interactions, with consistent increase in conversion rates
- Answer customer queries efficiently and confidently, with consistent in response/query handling time
- Perform competitor product analysis and utilize that knowledge to increase conversion
- Capture and report all relevant data
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients and establish meaningful relationships
- Provide a positive and memorable experience to each customer
- Achieve and exceed KPIs set.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Native/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in customer service roles is mandatory
- Academic degree will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuade
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
- Strong sales & customer-oriented mindset.
