What You Will Do
As a Live Expert, you will:
- Demonstrate products and features via live video sessions
- Drive customer engagement and support sales impact through your interactions
- Deliver clear, confident responses to customer questions
- Maintain thorough product knowledge
- Handle merchandising tasks, inventory reporting, and in-store coordination
- Contribute to scriptwriting and translation activities
- Create and present training content
- Support occasional filming activities, which may include out-of-hours sessions
Your Profile
You Are a Strong Match If You
- Are fluent or bilingual in Dutch, with strong English or Spanish skills
- Have experience in customer service and/or sales
- Have interest or experience in technology
- Are confident and comfortable on camera
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Are proactive, adaptable, positive, and collaborative

What We Offer
- Full-time (39h/week) on-site permanent contract: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
- Salary: euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus
