Als Live Expert in Barcelona ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die begeleiding nodig hebben bij het gebruik van hun producten of digitale oplossingen. Je biedt deskundige ondersteuning, legt processen duidelijk uit en zorgt ervoor dat iedere gebruiker een positieve en probleemloze ervaring heeft.
