Salaris: Van tot bruto per jaar, plus een jaarlijkse bonus en privé medische verzekering vanaf dag één.
Werktijden: 39 uur per week, van maandag tot en met vrijdag, 9:00 - 18:00 uur (M-F, 9-18).

Talen: Vloeiend Nederlands (C1/C2) en goed Engels.

We zoeken een enthousiaste Nederlandstalige Live Expert om ons dynamische, internationale team te versterken. In deze cruciale rol bent u het directe aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers van geavanceerde, veelgebruikte technologische producten. U levert premium, real-time ondersteuning via verschillende digitale kanalen (chat, telefoon, e-mail) en helpt hen hun technische uitdagingen snel en effectief op te lossen.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het bieden van eerstelijns technische ondersteuning en advies aan Nederlandstalige klanten en gebruikers.
  • Het snel en accuraat identificeren en oplossen van problemen met betrekking tot productfunctionaliteit, software en connectiviteit.
  • Het documenteren van alle interacties en oplossingen in ons CRM-systeem.
  • Het proactief identificeren van trends in klantvragen om het product en de service te verbeteren.
  • Werken in een On-Site omgeving in Barcelona, wat zorgt voor een stimulerende teamgeest.

Wij vragen:

  • Vloeiendheid in het Nederlands (moedertaal of C2-niveau) is verplicht.
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
  • Sterke affiniteit met en begrip van consumentenelektronica en software.
  • Uitstekende probleemoplossende en communicatieve vaardigheden.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Live Expert to join our dynamic, international team. In this crucial role, you will be the direct point of contact for users of advanced, widely-used technological products. You will provide premium, real-time support through various digital channels (chat, phone, email) and help them solve their technical challenges quickly and effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-line technical support and advice to Dutch-speaking customers and users.
  • Quickly and accurately identifying and resolving issues related to product functionality, software, and connectivity.
  • Documenting all interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
  • Proactively identifying trends in customer queries to help improve the product and service.
  • Working in an On-Site environment in Barcelona, fostering a stimulating team spirit.

We Require:

  • Fluency in Dutch (native or C2 level) is mandatory.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Strong affinity for and understanding of consumer electronics and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused and proactive attitude.
