Position: Live Expert (Dutch) Location: Barcelona, Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct product demonstrations via video callsBoost sales and market share through interactionsImprove conversion rates from queries to purchasesDeliver excellent customer serviceProvide efficient and confident responses to inquiriesMaintain expert product knowledgeHandle inventory managementStay updated with trainingOffer market insights and feedbackEngage in video presentations, scriptwriting, and translationsCreate and deliver training contentProvide support to the call center and assist with other tasks, including potential out-of-hours work. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Previous experience in customer service / sales roles Academic degree will be considered as an advantageExcellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuadeComfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packageEnergetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets setResourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situationsAbility to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely mannerAbility to work independently, while being team player at the same timeStrong sales & customer-oriented mindset.
